Free VoIP Options for Non-Facebook Users

There are multiple options for free VoIP for people who are not members of Facebook. The social network recently announced a video calling chat function which uses the VoIP provided by Skype.
The TeamSpeak 3.0.0 RC1 is one such free VoIP provider that allows multiple users to chat over the internet. Though anyone can use this tool, it has to be configured as the program is capable of handling multiple connections simultaneously and limiting it to certain people requires server and client components.
Another VoIP that provides such services is the iCall Free VoIP 1.3.1 which allows iPhone, iPod or iPad users to make more free calls even after their monthly free calls are over. This app can be used over a 3G or Wi-Fi network but currently the VoIP provider is still a ad-supported app which only allows calls to be made within the US and Canada. Even Skype 5.5 could be a major money saver as it provides an option of calling your Facebook friends free of charge if they are also Skype users.
